Jordan is a warm and positive coach who has done a wonderful job creating a safe space for me to asks questions and learn the correct/safe ways to work out. Jordan’s work out plans have left me feeling accomplished in the gym without feeling like I have overdone it and have given me the sense that this is something I can do longterm . I don’t think I would have started or stuck with working out if I hadn’t met her. She is a wonderful coach and I can’t recommend her enough!"
