"DO NOT GO SEE THIS DOCTOR SHE DID NOTHING FOR ME I WAS PROMISED MEDICATION AND BANDAGES FOR MY ULCERS ON MY FOOT NEVER RECEIVED THEM. HER BILLING DEPT DOES NOT SEND OUT INVOICES OR EVEN CALL YOU SAYING THAT YOU OWE SOMETHING ALMOST 3 YEARS LATER I JUST RECEIVED A COLLECTION NOTICE. AND BY THE WAY I HAD TO SPEND 16 DAYS IN THE HOSPITAL BECAUSE YOU NEVER DID ANYTHING FOR ME THANKS"
