"I have had about 2 or 3 appointments at this facility and have not been satisfied at all with them. They scheduled an unnecessary appointment for a physical exam even though I had one about 3 weeks prior. My first visit I received 2 shots even though I was supposed to get one. To get records seems like a nightmare since they don't answer their phones and I had been asking for a certain form that had a certain vaccine that I needed the paperwork for and it took them 30 minutes to figure it out even though I told them exactly what I needed. Also the nurse trying to assist was the one who gave me the shot in the first place and kept telling me I did not receive them. They are also telling me I'm due for a second dose of a vaccination in 6 months when I'm actually due for it now. Not impressed at all with this facility."

"This is by far the best facility I have ever been to. From the reception team, the nursing staff, technicians, and doctors, all were true professionals - you could tell they truly enjoyed what they did and cared about my daughters well being. I’m impressed how they give a thorough examination and do not rush you out, while at the same time respecting the patient’s time and not making them wait for hours. Please keep up the good work! I’m happy and relived to know your team is just down the road waiting to help. Thanks again!"

"I have been with the Medical Center since 2010 when Alfredo Torralba's was the Pediatrician, the service has changed since then and it has not been for the better every day that the service gets worse, I have been waiting for an appointment for exams for more than 4 months and more than a year that my children do not have a test really worried. My last call my child had a fever, I called to take him away and I was not satisfied with the treatment and I did not attend him there either."

"I have two older kids and one toddler and they have grown along with the staff at Drs Medical centers. I love how kind, and professional both the staff and the Drs are. but most of all I love that they assist you in anything you might need help with as a parent. The Office manager at this location goes above and beyond in making sure things are done accordingly. I Highly recommend them ."
