"Told me that my child’s needs were a reflection of POOR PARENTING. And we need to IGNORE his outbursts and he will eventually learn to stop. Pushed me to sign up for 10 sessions. Cancelled after 2. . If what you are being told feels wrong, trust your instincts. After a year of advocating, turned out to be sensory issues. We can now begin to teach him how to regulate. Horrible experience here."

"Unfortunately because of the horrible experience we had with the receptionist, GLADYS, we did not get to see the therapist. The receptionist is the most incompetent person I have ever dealt with in my life! Just when you need therapy for a traumatic situation, you don’t expect more anxiety and trauma walking through the door. She apparently does not know how EAP works and insisted that we have insurance when the sessions would be paid through my employer. In addition, she did not contact us to let us know that she had not received the paperwork from EAP (although it’s not necessary to have the paperwork before beginning therapy). We could have avoided the drive there, the waste of our time and the anxiety!!! That woman needs to learn professionalism by being considerate of the patient’s time and stop asking if you speak Spanish so that she can then start speaking Spanish when she speaks enough English to communicate properly (besides being super weird, we are in America!!!)"

"I can't believe that they have a "psychologist" like Marcia Leder working there. She said absurd things to an 8 year old autistic child and has now traumatized him. She did not even evaluate him, she just went in to INSULT a child and judge him without knowing anything about him. I've called and asked for a supervisor to return my call twice and have gotten no call back. Be VERY careful who you allow your child near because a psychologist who is supposed to help their patients could be traumatizing them the way Marcia Leder does to children. She should not be holding a license."

"I’m writing a review because I don’t feel this place deserves 1 star. I’ve been going here for two years now and have definitely noticed improvement/that this helps. The front desk woman has always been nothing but kind to me and my psychologist is amazing. I’ve never in the two years had anyone cancel on me like the previous review stated. I think if they have cancelled on anyone because of holidays it’s because they write appointments in a book manually and maybe don’t notice the date which I think is understandable to make a mistake like that."

"Obviously I have the need for to see and talk to someone, hints why I am looking to see a Psychologist in the first place. But to have made an appointment weekly for 7 weeks straight and only seen her 3-4 times in that time frame, because i am always being called with in hours of my appointment to be told she isn't working today or she isn't seeing patients or even that last min cancels for holidays that i don't observe there for didn't know where on such days. Was not told it was a holiday and they made appointments to only be called the night before to cancel.( HOLIDAYS DON'T SPRING UP THEY ARE ON SPECIFIC DAYS ) there office should have informed me and not just last min cancelled. I was in the midst of a breakdown of emotions and the one person who is suppose to be my support system flakes out!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DONT GO!!!!!!! this was my 2nd try at this office with 2 different therapists!!!!!! RUN!!!!!!!!!!!! you try to call back to talk to someone and NO ONE ANSWERS !"
