"I received SO much help here. Everyone is terrific from Trevor and the girl up front to the counselors, group leaders, and intake people. LOVED the Substance Abuse group, the domestic violence survivors group, and the parenting classes. Miss going there SO much!!!"

"This place is ridiculous and very disorganized. They have a contract with Broward County Schools where they send therapists out to see children. My children were assigned a wonderful therapist. They started seeing her about 3 years ago after I left a severely abusive relationship. My kids watched some unspeakable things during my 10 year relationship and I knew they needed someone to talk to about what they had witnessed. It was literally a God send when I was told we were being referred to see an actual therapist.It was even better for me since my life is hectic with 5 kids and being a single parent that the therapy sessions would be at the school and I would not have another appointment to keep track of. For THREE years everything was flawless, I watched my kids with behavioral issues prosper. I watched their therapist build a strong relationship with my kids. I watched them trust her and begin to cope well. Well 2 weeks ago my daughters came out of the school very emotional. They told me that their therapist had come to the school and told them she was moving from the company. They were hysterical. While I tried to put on a facade about it "just being a therapist", I seethed inside. My daughters were told that they were getting a replacement. They don't want a replacement. I don't want a replacement. Not one of the parents this woman serviced wants a replacement. Not sure what type of business practices this agency employs, however, they aren't working for me. Since not only have they witnessed their father nearly kill their mother, but the only person they trusted to talk about it just got ripped out of their lives with no explanation what-so-ever and now they feel they will have to start over. I have found out now- through the school- that she was forced to resign. No one from this agency has reached out to me to let me know that this occurred OR that my daughters were going to be getting a replacement person. I finally reached out to them today. It was literal disarray. They transferred me around and told me they would call me back because not one clinical director was available to speak with. They told transferred me to someone in HR who had no idea what was going on and told me to tell them what time I wanted to call tomorrow and someone would be available. I am not counting on it however I will make an attempt to call and only for the sole purpose of unenrolling my children from this place. Beware."
