"Thanks for showing me all my lesions I wouldn't have even known I had MS thanks to Rachel Duke and others I can't remember anymore it's been to many months Natalie Moreo I think is another and of course the nurse Heather wish it was better new but at least it's something right"
"Great experience with Dr. Anthony Bradshaw with USF Health. First let me say, he is very thorough, leaving no stone unturned, something you want in a neurologist! His follow-up is exemplary, he goes the extra mile for his patients. In addition, he combines expertise and a willingness to listen and discuss. Dr. Bradshaw listens to your concerns and does his very best to work with you and your treatment. I looked for answers for years, after 2 visits Dr. Bradshaw knew what was going on, ordered the appropriate tests that showed the answers, and is helping me. I recommend Dr. Bradshaw to anyone looking for answers or who is looking for a great neurologist in the Tampa area or Florida."
"Please read regarding other negative reviews. When scheduling an appointment, with most insurance, it is REQUIRED to have a referral. It is not fair for individuals to leave a negative review affecting someone's business and livelihood when they do not understand policies and procedures of our national healthcare system. It doesn't matter what doctor you go to, they all do this if your insurance requires it. Even if your insurance doesn't require it, some doctors may ask for a referral from a primary physician to help keep people who may not have a real neurological issue from booking appointments and taking time from others that do (especially for this busy office). This office has been nothing but wonderful to our family and to my daughter. USF has great doctors, so therefore for new patient appointments, it can take a while. It's like waiting in a long line, everyone has important medical needs and you have to wait your turn."
"There was not an option for 0 stars so I gave them a 1. Here is my story..... I've been looking for a surgeon to fuse my left si. My friend recommended Dr. Olivera. I was able to get an appt to see him in a few weeks. Dr. Olivera was fantastic, but he wanted me to switch to their lower back specialist Dr. Deukmedjian. I was able to see Dr Duke in a few weeks. He agreed I need my si fused. We agreed I would go back to my pain Dr to get a nerve block on the left si and if my pain went away would prove I needed this surgery. This office visit was late in the afternoon and the front desk people were already gone so I could not make my followup appt. I did the things we agreed upon so i started calling to get my follow up with Dr Duke. After 4 calls and messages left on machine and humans, i decided to go into the office. The nice lady there promised she would get vivain (Dr dukes nurse) to call me asap. No call received. The 5th call i finally got vivain and she advised dr duke was leaving and needed to see if I would see him or Dr sack. She promised to get back to me. 3 weeks have gone by and no call. Call 6 was answered by Eveyln. She promised to have Vivian call me back. 10 days have gone by, still no call. Call 6 was today and I left another message on office machine. You may wonder why I don't go elsewhere for care. Good doctors are hard to find. It seems the office is incompetent. I want my appt to 1) educate the doctor on their horrible customer care. 2) decide if I will allow them to operate on me or are they too incompetent to move forward. Call 7 will be tomorrow. I may go to the office again if still no response. BEFORE YOU DECIDE TO GET TREATMENT HERE, YOU NEED TO DECIDE IF THIS KIND OF CUSTOMER CARE IS ACCEPTABLE TO YOU OR NOT. I WILL update this post when I have more info."
