When he was with Families First or Sequel Care his secretary went out of her way to make you feel like family, and always answered the phone or called back. Now when you call, you get a very rude lady with absolutely no phone manners at all!! After 5 years we're looking for a new Doctor, I hate to leave but the way she treats his clients (they're all talking about it at his office)no one should have to deal with."
