"I was told that the testing would take most of the day and to pack a lunch. They spent 2 and a half hours to do the entire evaluation. It was so fast that we never had a chance to eat the lunch we packed because we were out before lunch time. I found this odd because the evaluation we did 2 years ago with a different psychiatrist was done over several days and totalled 8 hours of observation and evaluation. I just got a report from this place after 2.5 hours that said my child is mentally impaired and tested well below average because he's got a speech disorder (which I disclosed before the testing started). This is a total contradiction to the report from the original psych and the OCPS psych as well. I'm very disappointed. I don't feel that they were thorough in their testing or diagnosis. I'd suggest using a real psychiatrist if you need an evaluation."

"Been calling them since I received my son's results through a file I was sent, it was locked with a password they gave me that would not work. Been trying to call since 4pm and every single call was being forwarded(not even pass 30secs) I'm guessing someone didn't want one last thing to do before the weekend. Now I have to wait to see anything till monday, if they answer."

"The staff is very friendly and helpful, I scheduled my appointment several months prior to being seen, I am so glad I waited, it is not a quick process but the results have helped us understand and get the recourses my son has needed."

"I was told results for my daughter would take 4-6 weeks. It has been 3 months. Every time I call they said no results or we will have them in a few days. Also if I call between 4 and 5pm they have already disconnected there phone line for the day when they are open untill 5pm. Very disappointing"

"The wait to get in is long but I truly appreciate the comprehensive approach to achieve the diagnosis. My daughter was tested here and based on her diagnosis, she is now able to get the resources she needs to be successful in school. Initially my concerns were dismissed by the school but the data did not lie. I decided to get tested on my own and it was intense. I have a great deal of sympathy for my daughter. Josh the technician for my test and he was great. He was very patient and maintained neutrality."
