I highly recommend her. She has a warm heart and a true desire to help people. I would give her 10 stars if I could."

"I called in to ask about potential therapy from this doctor and was amazed with the quality of service I got from the staff. Office manager went above and beyond to assist me. Super friendly, website seems great, doc seems qualified but unfortunately, my insurance isn't covered here :( reimbursement is an option but not for me so make sure you all check in with your insurance providers because it may be an option for you :) sorry to the office manager who's time I wasted. "She was 15 minutes late to our appointment. Didn't know who I was, if I had turned in paperwork. Nothing. I had to reach out to her to find out what was going on. Her excuse became passive aggressive and changed from she had a patient with technical difficulties to how dare I not be empathetic to her need to help her dying patient. She needs to learn when to cancel appointments and to work on her bedside manner. Passive aggressiveness in a trauma therapist is inexcusable. Threatening a patient with a 50 dollar fee if they don't show up, but then being late to an appointment that was made well in advance is disrespectful. Her behavior is unethical. If you have anxiety and trauma and do not need it triggered or to be made to feel invalidated, I definitely would not recommend her. I have had many therapsists over my life for various needs and have never been treated so poorly by one. I would give zero stars, but that isn't an option."

"Dr. Coffee is a truly phenomenal counselor. I have been blown away by her kindness, insightfulness, empathy, and intelligence. If this if your first time getting counseling, or you're not feeling sure, please just go ahead and try a session! Dr. Coffee completely turned around my relationship. I am dating a man with autism and other disabilities. I had never gone to a counselor before, and my partner had not had good experiences with his past counselors, so we were a little apprehensive about trying counseling. However, after just a few sessions with Dr. Coffee we were seeing IMMENSE positive differences in how we were approaching each other and the relationship.
