Then cut appointment short, but charged my insurance for the full time. Late again to second appointment, which I ended. She then charged me AND my insurance as a no show. I have advised my insurance, apparently a patients time is not important to her."

Review stated that the doctor is not too much concerned about insurance and would work with you however when I try to make a new patient appointment and they ask when insurance I had, I was told that she does not take my insurance and that the cash price would be $150 per session. "Dr Ellis is not concerned with insurance. She and her secretary assured me that she accepts what my medical insurance pays which believe me is a pathetic amount. Dr Ellis has a lot of experience with family and couples therapy and has helped me greatly to make more progress in my personal relationships and behavior. She is genuine, concerned, kind and extremely professional."
