"I had an appointment at 12:00 today and wasn’t seen until after 1:00 PM. I understand that there are longer wait times on occasion but no one would tell me anything. At 12:45 the locked the exterior door for lunch and I couldn’t find anyone for a few minutes. Eventually at 1:00 I told them I need to be seen in the next 5 minutes or I need my money back because this is ridiculous. In the middle of my evaluation with the PA Miles, an MD pulls him away and I was left alone for a bit. Wildly unprofessional, but I’ve made it this far so I wait for him to come back. Apparently a patient needed some extra attention, which is cool, but still a very strange experience. It took an hour and a half for him to get my history and towards the end I ask if I can get a refill on my ADHD prescription. He won’t fill it because he doesn’t have my medical records, but was just fine going to get some samples of a mood stabilizer for me to take. He saw that I had 10 days left of medication and wanted to see me 3-4 weeks out. 10 days of medication will not last me 3-4 weeks and he knew that! Then he asks me if I’ve given them my urine sample yet. I asked him what for and he explained it was a drug test. Never in my life have I been drug tested at a psychiatric office. Overall it was a very strange experience and not in a good way. As nice as the PA Miles was, he wasn’t very knowledgeable and definitely did not listen to the things I had told him. 0/10 don’t recommend"

"So far I'm not impressed at all! I haven't even had my first appointment. I downloaded the app as they instructed. On the app it asks to request appointment. Where you request appointments, you give a date range and time range. I did this. I can't have my phone on me at work. At 5pm yesterday(while I just started my shift at my job) they scheduled me a 9am appointment for this morning, totally against what I put as my availability. I did not receive a notification from the app, only some weird email, so I checked the app after I got off work at 3:52am. Otherwise I would've never known I had an appointment for this morning. We'll see what they're office does when I call them in the afternoon. Because I'm going to bed and I'm not definitely not going to the doctor's 5 hours after getting off from a long night working at the themeparks in the rain."
