"I cannot believe the rude, uncaring treatment I got just from trying to get tms. Last may 2022 I had made an appointment, for tms consultation I ended up in the hospital. Called and explained y I missed the appointment, they wouldn’t let me reschedule and were very rude. I explained how depressed I was could I have another chance, they said I would receive a call back. I never did. How can u be in the mental health field, and not help someone begging u. I ended u completing tms with success tms in lake Mary much nicer staff I am glad I didn’t go here. Be ware"

"I missed my first appointment due to an honest mistake on my part, and now I’m told that I’m not allowed to be seen as a patient at this office ever, now or in the future. If you’re going to blacklist someone for missing an appointment, maybe you should be upfront about that policy, thanks for nothing."

"I called up there to the office and unfortunately I found out it was the wrong location. The woman that answered the phone hung up on me not once but twice! After the first time I said that i called and they disconnected the call I called back and said very politely that is was very rude to hang up on people and she hung up On me again. I understand that I called the wrong location but I was asking her questions about where this office was located and she didn’t want to say. I would not ever choose to come here for psychiatry needs, if they don’t care about the new people calling in the only God knows what they are doing with your personal information when you are seen as a patient!"
