"I tried setting up an appointment for my teenage daughter who needs therapy. I was hopeful that she would be able to be seen here, however, after discussing some of the background information with the therapist, I was first told that they do not offer services for custody disputes (which I never inclined was the service I was seeking), then I was told it would be $500/hr for those services (again, not what I was inquiring about), and then was told that I would have to have my daughter's father (who has resisted getting my daughter therapy, at my many request) sign a consent form, which was never offered to me. I respect the policy of this business, however, if this is a policy of your therapy facility, then this should be made clear on your website, which I did not see (maybe I'm over-looking it). This 5 minute phone call made me feel like there was a lack of interest in providing services for my child. Glad this was identified before I started my teen in therapy there..."
