"Diana at the front desk was so helpful and I greatly appreciate her patience with me and answering all my questions. She creates a great first impression when you walk into your clinic. I’d also like to state that your x-ray technicians and the MRI technician was also a credit to your business. They made me feel comfortable and at ease. Great staff and i have nothing but good to say about you all. everyone I encountered here was very professional, which is very unusual Anymore. Definitely a five star facility"

"I had a wonderful experience at the RAYUS Radiology Maitland location and would recommend anyone go to this center for their imaging, day or night! I came in for an MRI in the evening and was in and out of the center in less than an hour! I’m very grateful for the flexible scheduling and availability I was offered. From the front desk Jacqueline, to Myra and Miguel in the back, everyone was very warm and welcoming, even for being later in the evening."

"Where do I begin? I'm giving one star since the receptionist was courteous and worked on my behalf to be seen after 3 attempts prior. The first time I went. they could see me due to the type of diagnostic I was prescribed. The second time, the technician went home sick and could not fulfill my appointment. The third time, my appointment was at 2:00 pm, but they were "backed up" so they finally could see me after 3:00 pm. At first, the receptionist told me I'd have to reschedule since the radiologist does not review patients'records after 3:00 pm since he/she leaves at 4:00 pm. However, the receptionist stood up for me and told them this is my 3rd attempt to be seen and my appointment was actually at 2:00 pm. When I was seen, the technician was so rude and abrasive, I think she was upset that I was being seen after 3:00 pm. I felt so uncomfortable due to her attitude and the way she was speaking to me. I cannot believe someone in this position, doing what they do could be so rude and abrasive! I will not be going to Rayus Radiology again! I advise you to look for another imaging center, as this one is horrible!!!!!"

"I was referred to RAYUS group by a family member cause mom had a silent stroke and needed to get an MRI ASAP. My mom has high anxiety along with trusting issues so needs extra TLC, however, the staff was wonderful. Ms. Jacqueline Vega in the Maitland location was the person who picked up to assist on the appointment was so helpful and made us feel like family. She even had us text the referral to confirm if we had the correct one to not waste time. When we arrived it was more friendlier staff that took us in and made my mom 83 yrs old feel comfortable in the process. They didn't hesitate to inform us if we wait 20 min to get a copy of the images. That was the first for me. many of times they would want you to comeback and fill a bunch of forms to get those. Definitely would recommend."

"I went there for an ultrasound and had my appointment for 8:15am. I arrived at 7:50am knowing I had to wait a little. I got there fill out the forms and at 8:17am the tech came out asking for me and she was amazing! Super friendly and chatty it took her like 15min to do what she needed to do and off I was! It was as easy as in and out and everybody was friendly and great!"
