"If I could give negative stars I would. First couple of appointments were ok. I needed my meds changed. I was a virtual patient seeing Dr. Lisa Cloutier. She refused to change my med after I cried and begged for help. I was in desperate need. Her being my doctor was a mistake. I ended up almost baker acting myself under the care of DR.LISA CLOUTIER. She refused to change my med that obviously didn't work anymore. I was waiting for an appointment when I got an email from their office discharging me of services. They didn't even get my address right on that form. Thank God I went to an urgent care and was able to get help. These people 1. Don't understand the mental health setting. 2. Don't care about people well being. THESE PEOPLE ARE MAKING PEOPLE WORSE!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! #PILLPUSHERS"

"Avoid at all costs. The person I interacted with at check-in on both visits was very nice and professional. The nurse who took my vitals, also very nice and professional. The "professional" I was speaking with was not professional in any way. I wrote a message in the patient portal to the provider, Lisa, about my frustrations that I felt like I wasn't being heard nor listened to in the sessions I had with her. Went to log back in and I no longer have access to the patient portal. Absolutely ridiculous."

"Lisa Cloutier and her office staff have left me with some of the worst clinical treatment experiences in my life. Lisa’s unprofessional attitude and overall rude demeanor did not help the fact that she was overall unwilling to take the time to develop any type of treatment plan. Additionally some of the comments and remarks that were made were not only unprofessional but absolutely humiliating and left me feeling frustrated and insecure. This doctor is a pill pusher and nothing more if you need someone who will be an active part of your recovery keep looking. :("
