I run a business and you NEVER blame the person coming to you. Learn how to respond to people especially for what you are supposed to do and that is to help people not say I’m sorry you misunderstood, very unprofessional and rude. The correct response is “ I am sorry if it seemed like I was being rude or not answering your questions. Please call back at your earliest convenience so I can help you further. “ Now after reading your childish response to someone who needed help, ignore my message I was asking for help. I will NEVER go here or recommend you guys because you are rude, disrespectful, and you don’t need to be in the field of helping people…."
