"Dr Lafrance is compassionate and caring. She does a thorough evaluation, hitting all the markers and answers all your questions. You won't feel rushed out of the office confused. She takes her time with each visit. The wait can be a little long but she makes up for it with how well she cares for your child. The office staff are friendly and caring as well. They even have a pharmacy inside and many other resources which Dr Lafrance will refer you to. Great doctors office!"
"Tried to make an appointment for my son, they would pick up transfer me to the appointment department. The appointment department wouldn’t pick up the phone instead had a message saying “ leave name/number and we’ll call you back” but they never did. I can’t even comment on the doctors because couldn’t even get an appointment. Horrible front desk."
