"I called to schedule an appointment for the eye doctor, but they scheduled me for a physical. I had to go through 5 people, up and down the elevators, staff who didn't know what they were doing, just to find out where I go for my eye exam just to finally get to the right office and find out I was scheduled for the wrong person. The most unprofessional place I've ever been."

"I called to get an appt with a Doctor. They gave me the appt for today 4-22-2019 at 11am. I arrived to the clinic at 10, I paid my consult and waited. At 1pm they called me, two hours later than my appt and guest what? Is not even a Doctor, they got a nurse called Maldonado as a Doctor. Funny or terrible, I felt very frustrated bc I paid to see a Doctor, not a nurse. Also they told me the nurse could prescribe my medication, which is not true. I asked for the supervisor, Mrs. Castillo but she didn't help with this matter. So later, with more frustration I asked to talk with the director of the clinic, but is located in other location. I went to the "other location" but the director was not available to see me without an appt. Conclusion, I have lose all day of my job, I have not prescription for my medicine and nobody give me a LEGAL explanation about Why a nurse is attending patients as a Doctor. Weird, not? Make sure when you call to request an appt you must ask for a Doctor instead of a nurse."

"Horrible Place...the nurses are not every helpful..they have you waiting for hours..even with a doctors appointment...my appointment was at 2:00pm and I haven’t even seen the doctor yet and it’s 4:08 pm at this time"

"You get an appointment and are asked to please come 15 minutes before and they make you wait 3 hours to see the doctor EX: My appointment was at 12 I️ came in at 11:50 and saw the doctor at 2:45"

"Get ready to be there for HOURS. I've personally waited about 3-4 hrs, that is with an appointment and also doing some lab work. However, I've had relatives and colleagues be there from 8am to 4-5pm with an appt. Seeking medical attention is never quick here. Even if it's just to get your lab results. Therefore, also be prepared to have bad customer service. Whether it be slow referrals, appointments that'll be a month or two away, or customer service on the phone. I once was transferred to 5 different people on the phone just for a referral and honestly, if it weren't for me being persistent and being a pain in their ass, I would've never had my request accommodated. My service could've been EASILY done. But I guess seeing a nice doc comes with a (god awful) price. Dr. Denis is an awesome OB/GYN. She was also great with my sister during her 2 pregnancies. And shout out to reception, for working hard. To John I think his name was, from lab. The blood work was cake because of him. And also to Mr. Davis from security. Made my day."
