"I want to start off by saying Dr.Zambrano was a good doctor and was always pleasant so this review is not about him but about his staff and how Dr. Zambrano and his office failed to provide some compassion and understanding for patients in an appropriate manner and timeframe. Yesterday I called in to make an appointment because my son was not well. Thankfully got an appointment with the PA. I went in for my appointment, the nurse was pleasant , the PA Claudine is always a pleasure.She prescribed my son a nebulizer,the albuterol and some antibiotics. They gave my son a dose in office. The nurse says once he takes it. We are all done. I’m heading out and I ask okay that’s it? Nurse says let me confirm your pharmacy for the prescriptions. I confirm she had the right one and they say I’m good to go. At the point I’m standing next to the receptionist area and no one mentions anything to me about anything else and I leave . About an hour later my husband calls and says” I’m here at the pharmacy and they don’t see the script for the nebulizer. So I call back to the Pembroke Pines office and I explain and the receptionist responds was” they don’t sell the nebulizer at the pharmacy, you don’t get it at the pharmacy. You get it here. It’s $65. So I respond “ oh ok, I didn’t know,when I was leaving the nurse said I was good to go. No one told me I purchase it there in office. So she replied “ yea you didn’t get it because you left. So again I explain, I asked if there was anything else and the nurse said no. So she said well yes we have them here you can come get it but at this point she just sounds rude. I reply and say ok, no problem I’ll go back and get it. The receptionist must’ve thought she hung up but she didn’t and I hear her say “ ugh, I’m not talking to her , she calls back I’m not answering, I’m not dealing with her” ( in Spanish) stupid her that she forgot to get the nebulizer. And I hear another woman say ( in Spanish) yes, if she left then that’s on her. So at this point I’m shocked and I basically scream in to the phone. HELLO , HELLO, HELLO! Until I hear silence and then I got hung up on. I called back 3 times and no one ever picked up. I called the plantation office and ask to speak to an office manager or Dr. Zambrano personally at this point I’m livid by that receptionist behavior . The receptionist from the plantation office ask what’s the reason and I explain. She is empathetic and ask for me to hold so she can speak with the doctor. She comes back to the phone about 2 minutes later to say that Dr. Zambrano said if I want to file a formal complaint then I can provide my info and the office manager can give me a call back later or next day. So I said ok I really will like someone to call me because this was not ok.. I provide my information and that was it. Today is the next day. I did not get a call from the office manager yet. I calling in the morning around 10am and I was told she’ll be in after 12pm it’s now 2:30 and no call so I’m on here writing my review. Clearly this office does not take the inappropriate behavior by a staff member serious. I will add that I’ve had other encounters with that same receptionist because she is rude . But I’ve let it go . My concern has always been for my son. But moving forward my son will no longer be going to that practice. I hope and pray no one else would have to deal with a staff member talking badly about you when all you are trying to do is get appropriate information about your son’s medication."
"I’m sorry I like this practice and doctor but, if a patient need to call in there should be someone there to answer the phone. I literally called 20 times with no response, that’s ridiculous!"

"If I could rate a 0 star I would. I pulled up at 8:10am cause I'm always early that's just me I wanted to eat my breakfast. So I waited cause on the door it says they open at 8:30am. So 8:30am rolls around and I call cause lights still off & door still locked, she says we open at 9am, okay I'm patiently waiting again. 9am rolls around I call & no answer so I wait. I pulled off at 9:10am & I called & called until someone finally answered when I got home when I finally got through someone was dialing out so I said Hello, she asked if I was the parent of someone else kid I said no. So instead of her asking me what I needed she puts me on hold again. So after I hold again for over 10min I just hung up. All I needed to pick up some shot records and she could've taken the other call."
