The doctor is kind, experienced, caring ..a truly treasured professional. I think this office is a leader in children pediatrics. All of my children were patient and I have two of them with special needs. Its a pleasure each encounter."

"We love love love Dr. Dixon and his wife. I was referred to him years ago by a nurse who loved him. She said he was the best and she was right. This was in 2002 and my oldest daughter was devastated when she learned she could no longer go to him. My twins are gonna be 16 soon and they only know him. I trust no one but him with my girls. Mrs. Dixon is sweet and professional as well... If I moved away I would come back for their appointments... they are truly the best!"

"Horrible experience, very mistreated, and switching practices immediately. I am a new parent and my baby is now 7 months old. The last 3 wellness visits I waited over an hour until I was seen by the doctor with zero urgency or communication from the office staff regarding wait time. At her 4 month check up, I waited 90 minutes with her in a diaper and coincidently she came down with a 2 week Illness the next day. I assumed it was just a busier day and as naive new mom, I felt maybe this was the “normal” of pediatrician offices. Then it happened again, and again. I attempted to request not to have my daughter undressed until the doctor was 1 minute from entering and still waited 45 minutes more minutes with her undressed until I finally walked out. Unacceptable! When I said I was leaving the front desk woman (who I believed is the Doctors wife) didn’t say one word and there was no call to reschedule. They are basically asking patients to leave."

"Terrible attitudes!!! I have been coming here for years & always have to deal with some one of those ladies having a bad attitude! & then when u reciprocate, you’re the problem! And then they’re talking about u, laughing as if it’s a joke & u can’t hear them! Dr. Dixon is so knowledgeable but sir I suggest u help ur wife & staff with having better attitudes or you’ll keep losing patients because my two definitely ain’t going back. I will find another office,"
