"When I walked in the office to check my son in for his 5 year check up. I was in the check in process and the lady told me that I had a collections balance of $62.15 but was not able to provide me with any information about it when I asked. Told me my son could not be seen unless it was paid. I kindly told the lady I have not gotten ANY notification regarding the balance. No bills in the mail. When I log into my portal it shows zero balance. If you expect to collect money from someone and refuse to give a CHILD care, you need to be able to provide the customer with documentation regarding what you are trying to collect. Very unprofessional! When I call the billing office a day later to find out about the balance. I was put on hold for over an hour to be told that it was a balance from 2019!!! My son has been to the doctors several times since then with no issues. Any balances that I ever had I paid when I was made aware of in a professional way! You need to do better! Never refuse a child care!!!"

"I feel good taking my kids there. I trust the doctors. But most importantly, my kids like them. Sometimes I can't get to my primary but I'm always leaving knowing that they were in good hands with whichever doctor I was able to see. Very knowledgeable and professional. and the staff always handles everything with the paperwork that I need. This is a great office"

"Dr. Ritchelle Dubrovskiy is so very patient and kind. My oldest has been getting wellness check ups from her for years and now my newborn just had his first visit. Dr. Dubrovskiy answered all my questions and was helpful and I didn’t feel rushed at our appointment with her. I also forgot to ask a particular question at our appointment and she called me back promptly the same day which made us feel well prioritized as a patient. I don’t want to leave out the assistant who came and took vitals as she was very nice also. I highly recommend her and the plantation office in general because one of the worst things is to come into an office about the health of your child and the Dr. and staff are rude but that is Not the case here. :-)"

"The doctor's assistant and doctor were very nice. They made my two children feel at ease. Which was wonderful since it was my children's first time to meet this doctor. Also the facility worked rather smoothly. I really liked that there were separate areas for the newborns and wellness checks patients. Thank you to the staff for being so efficient."
