"Went to visit Dr Garter for the 2 year son who had a fever for 4 days. He gave him 2 vaccines when he already had an high fever and said he had an ear infection. He prescribed him antibiotics. 24 hours later I took my son to the ER to find out he never had an ear infection but he tested positive for RSV. On top of his fever, the vaccines gave him a fever and muscle pain where he couldn’t walk for 2 days. Thank God I went to the ER as soon as I did."

"I have been going to Pediatrics Associates for over 16 years now. I had chosen Dr Lawrence Garter when my son was born and have no regrets. He was always my nephew’s doctor and I did not know it. Dr Garter has provided exceptional services, spends time with you to explain and make sure you understand. He answers your questions and is very caring. He gets to know my son and even gives hit tips and compliments and seen the man he has evolved into. The office staff has always been professional and courteous. The wait time has been acceptable and they are times I had to wait longer and I understand that as I will wait to see Dr Garter as he takes his time and I don’t feel rushed. I have used other doctors and locations when my son was sick but they were able to see me. I cannot say I had any complaints. Not all the doctors I have seen I felt that I connected with but my son got the medical attention he needed. Plus I cannot compare them to high standards that Dr Garter operates. I would highly recommend Pediatric Associates Plantation. They have so many locations that you can use plus after hours and weekends."
