She goes over EVERYTHING with you which includes drawings for the kids if they need it to understand. She also shows them pictures online of the things she is recommending and talking about. Now, as for staff.. They come and go. However, they are mostly sweet. Everybody has good and bad days, they deal with anxious parents and sick kids.
