"Dr. Berman and Dr. Relkin have been my son’s pediatrician since he was born. They are exceptional!! As an anxious mother of an infant, they calmed me down and as my son has grown into a teenager we are still happy here! The new Dr is fabulous, she is attentive, caring and patient! Parents need the truth and oftentimes it can be difficult to accept; we have always gotten the attention and Proper advice & care at this practice. Should an associate or nurse is having a bad day, as we all can at any office or business, please let the office manager so they can take care of it."

"Dr. Relkin is great, she is over the top caring and i loved her as my girls doctor. She's been my daughters doctor for 5+ years but there's new doctor there that is HORRIBLE with kids and she has the worst attitude you have ever imagined. i gave her two chances only because i was forced to have her see my kids. my kids only know one doctor and when this rude women came and was rude and wouldn't listen to what i had to say i changed my kids doctor. they are no long a great office to go to. you're best bet is to go some place else. even if you call to make an appointment with the kids doctor, that isn't who they will see at the visit. The office is terrible now that they have a new staff. Very short, not helpful, unorganized. One person says something then another person says something different when calling back. They should probably learn how to deal with patients better. i will make sure when i'm asked what children's doctor do i recommend i will let them know of my experience there."

"I have been taking my kids to Dr. Relkin and Dr. Berman for several years now and I have never experienced any issues with either doctor or any personnel within the office. The doctors have always taken the time to explain what is going on to me and their dad and always gave the best care to my children. Dr. Berman once went as far as showing me in a medical book what he was explaining to me about my son's condition when I went in once which actually amazed me because I have never had a doctor to do that. I LOVE this office and recommend them."

"I was concerned that my newborn had an insect in her ear so I called Dr. Relkin's office. After being placed on hold, I was told to take my baby to the ER. I hung up and thought about it for a minute and realized that it could be expensive so I called back and asked if I could take he to Urgent Care instead. The woman on the phone insisted that the hospital has special equipment and that I need to take her to ER. I trusted Dr. Relkin's office so I did that. The ER doctor shined a light in the baby's ears and confirmed that there were no insects. I asked if more testing should be done with special equipment and was told that there was no special equipment. The doctor was able to see all the way into the ear. He shook his head a laughed while saying, "I have no idea why your pediatrician would send you to the ER for this, but it sure makes my job easy". On my way out, I was hit with my $150 insurance deductible for an unnecessary Emergency Room visit. This was a complete waste. I called Dr. Relkin's office to complain. The office manager was professional, but the damage had already been done. Very poor. I am currently looking for a new doctor because I do not trust what anyone from that office tells me over the phone."
