"I had a appointment for my daughter at 8:15 And I was there for my appointment early at 8:00 ! Another lady was there as well sitting out but sign in before me at 7:50 ... she stated her appointment is for 8:30 and Marline at the front desk confirmed her appointment time is for 8:30 !!!! So , we are waiting to be called back and the other patient was called back before me. I asked why ? If my appointment is at 8:15 and hers is at 8:30am . I was told WE DONT GO BY APPOINTMENT! It’s first come first seen ! So why make a appointment if this i am going to be treated like I am at a walk in clinic. Very unprofessional Office . If I want to go to the clinic I would have went to a clinic but no I have health insurance and I pay my insurance so when I called to make an appointment I would like to seen at the time of my appointment , and not told it’s first come first seen ! The manager Mary and Les it not here when the office opens. I was told they don’t come in until 10:00am . Never will I come back !"

"Wait times are pretty bad but for me the WORST of all is the staff. They're just rude. They seem mad all the time. If they don't like their job that much, you'd think they would quit. Each experience has been the same. Only positive is that it's in a convenient location for me."
