"I am a triathlete trying to improve my swimming and gain confidence in order to increase my distance in the water. Before seeing Kim, I had a horrible time moving forward with my kick. In the first 20 minutes she was able to explain the mechanics of a proper kick by showing me real time videos of myself compared to swimmers with proper kicks. Not only that but she had me performing a proper kick in about 5 minutes. She is a truly gifted coach who can put words and pictures into action quickly. Her equipment is amazing and very high quality. "Aside from the obvious reasons for 5 stars- professional above and beyond expertise in a one on one training season with amazing technology. Skills explaining swim techniques and teaching corrections or becoming better- stronger- safer ( no injury doing it right). The interaction with our young swimmer hungry to be better getting the "mental" support as a teenager is phenomenal and truly motivating him. He feels encouraged to be better leaving each season with more confidence in working harder to achieve goals. That he actually can do it!
