I was in an out within the hour for a first time patient i was very satisfied. Check out took a little bit longer but only cause of a referral"

"This is a local, convenient doctors office which is one good thing I can say. The staff are friendly and its welcoming but there is to some extent some unprofessional aspects in this office. In my experience, some documents are not kept in record or stored anywhere for future references. Very unorganized. Main doctor is also a pediatrician but does not have a kid- friendly aura."

"If I could give no stars, I would. Never even got a chance to meet the Doctor because the staff was inept. I called to make an appointment and said I would like to be seen very early so I wasn't too late to work. I asked about 8:30, and the woman I spoke to said 8:15 am. I get there and the door is locked, the office is dark, and the door says they open at 9. Call and leave a message. No one calls me back so I call back later that day, and the same woman just giggled and said they could take me at 8:15 am on the next Monday. I was a little annoyed she didn't apologize or seem sorry at all, but I was going to give them one more chance since it is a pain to get a primary care doctor changed on my insurance. Show up again at 8:15, again no one there and office locked. I called and left a message asking the office manager to call and explain why this happened twice...never received a call. Very unprofessional. I hope the doctor reads this, since I'm sure no one told him this happened not once, but twice. I reported it to my insurance and changed to a different doctor."
