"At first I was a little concerned because we were disconnected from the first doctor we picked. Then we went back into the system and picked the next available doctor. Dr. Chen-Haynes was very professional and attentive and the video consult was very efficient, effective and convenient. The doctor was able to see my child and also order a prescription which we picked up at the drive-thru pharmacy an hour later. All was done without contact. We highly recommend this and will use it again in the future."

We turned to her for help with my 12 year old son, who was very lethargic, excessively tired and constantly having a headache. She run a simple blood test (from his finger) and told us that he's perfectly ok and told him to drink more water. She totally ignored my demands to further tests and was pretty annoyed by my question her diagnosis. She never told us to comeback to see her if this "drinking of water" don't work. Two months later we ended up at ER where they discovered that my son has a large brain tumor.......She should never ever be allowed to work with kids."
