"I never been to this office. I call the other day to make a first time appointment for my new born. The front desk girl sound like she didn’t know how to make appointment or she was in a really rush to leave since it was almost 5pm. Kept putting me on hold. On the last hold she transferred the phones. She transferred me to their voicemail. I left a message and I haven’t gotten a phone call back. I not planning to have my kids be seen at this office. Very unprofessional office. I work at a doctor office. I haven’t never treat patients like this."
