"The amount of disrespect,ignorance and pettiness remarks I get on the phone just to get a couples of questions out over the phone with the front desk is so unacceptable and so stressful these ladies are literally so inconsiderate about their patients when will this end??? This is more then often that front desk is rude and not welcoming including an attitude even when you don’t have one yourself bright an early in the morning,over the phone and in person!! And having a sick child at that….I could be talking about my daughter situation about a medication and these girls huff and puff and cut me off of speaking and puts me on hold or transfers to someone who isn’t even at their desk and it feels like a slap in the face because when you ask to speak to someone higher then the front desk I get hanged up on or put on hold and get hanged up on. And I can tell you this I’ve been a patient here myself as a child and my daughter goes here now and it is definitely not the same I am very disappointed that I have to go to another practice when I don’t want to because of how bad customer service is with front desk it’s a shame. They have no care of their patients whatsoever. They don’t realize how bad they can make someone’s day.The lady I spoke with today at front desk was “dom” if that’s even her real name terrible service and nasty attitude and I believe I was one of the first patients to be seen in the morning like no parent wants to deal with that when already having a sick child who isn’t feeling good! I hope this practice does something about these reviews because I’m definitely not happy at all I normally don’t write any reviews but after today it needed to be said.The doctors are perfect but the front desk makes me want to never go back!"

The staff is friendly, and the practitioners really “know their stuff!” If you’re reading through the negative reviews and wondering, whether or not you should bring your children here - look at the context and recognize the subjectivity of what is being said. Vaccines are science, people (including customers) can have a bad day… As a parent, you need to do due diligence for your children. That includes researching and interviewing physicians and their practices to ensure a good fit for your kiddos. The Pediatric Center completely met and exceeded my expectations."
