"Dr. Campos Franco is a detailed doctor who cares about her patients. But the reason I gave her 2 starts its because appointment times are never kept. You will minimum 2 or 3 hours to be seen. Give yourself half a day or a whole day to see her because it doesn’t matter if you are new or old patient you will have to wait. Additionally, her office needs new management to better their procedures, and authorizations scheduling and patient services. And the people who works in the front don’t know nothing about customer services."

"Dr. Franco is an amazing doctor ! She is kind, patient and VERY detailed. My hole family has been seeing her since 2010 and I am grateful for it. Many doctors treat their patients like a dollar sign however Franco takes her time and listens to you no matter how many patients she has waiting. Because of this she often doesn't get to take a break because so many people request her. The downside to that is often you find yourself waiting a long time to see her. Me personally, having several medical issues and having to see many different doctors I've had my share of being rushed, ignored and dismissed. When seeing a doctor the last thing you should be made to feel is insignificant ! Especially after paying high premiums and co-pays. So when you find a physician that takes their time to listen and actually cares about your well-being there is no time I wouldn't spend waiting to see them. She is worth every minute and I recommend her to anyone who feels like they aren't being heard ! Unfortunately a couple years back she was diagnosed with lupus. I believe she is scaling back on the amount of patient she sees daily. Therefore getting an appointment can be pretty spaced out. Just lack week I found out she no longer works at Orlando family physicians and they won't tell me why. Hopefully with a little more searching I can find out where she is practicing now if at all. If not I wish her the best and a long happy life cause she deserves it !!"
