"The staff here is a joke, rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. I called to have my Childrens records faxed to a new pediatrician and they supposedly couldn’t do it so to the medical records rep wasn’t in the office. So after arguing with the 2 girls who were refusing to help me and should be fired because they are in the business of helping other and don’t help I asked for a supervisor spoke with Dalla and she said she would send the records over after receiving the release. I am now at my kids drs appt and they don’t have records received so I won’t be able to get the proper care due to them not doing their simple jobs of faxing over records when receiving an urgent request! I don’t recommend this place to anyone! After years of being there and now switching they don’t want to help in any way."

"Beware of this place. Doctors charge for services they did not give. My wife and I took our two kids just to get to know a pediatrician and see if we wanted her to keep seeing them. It was a 10 minute consultation for both of them. She checked their height and their weight and asked three routine questions about their everyday habits. After a week we received a bill for $120 additional to the basic consultation of the doctor (which is covered by our inssurance), claiming that she had performed “nutritional therapy” on our kids. She barely asked if they where eating their soup and doing their homework… we spoke with our health insurance and they told us that the Doctor should take back this service from the bill if she didnt performed it. We went back to this place and their answer was rude and unprofessional, they told us that if the doctor considered she performed nutritional therapy that was her decision. We asked if we could speak with her and she refused. We spoke again with the insurance company and they told us they where opening an investigation since this is not the first time this happens. Hope that no one else gets tricked in this place."

"Went to my kid's schedule appointment. Got there and told me only one has been booked. While in fact I called for new child well visit for my two kids. They sent me an email confirming and even received a new patient portal registration for both. Since they waste my time and my kid's time I just removed them for being seen by this clinic. If they just escalate the issue but they never tried. And nope I won't reschedule to be seen for another day after 3 weeks waiting for my kids appointment. Rather look for better clinic."

"We've been seeing Dr Gayoso for 9 years ever since my oldest was born and I wouldn't trust my 3 kids to any other practice. She's so caring and wonderful that she's become quite popular and it's a bit harder to get an appointment with her so I've had the pleasure of also seeing Dr White and Dr Benjamin in the past 2 years as well who are equally great. All 3 of them take their time and I can see love what they do. I moved a few years ago so I'm not as close as I used to be but I dont mind the travel because they are worth it."

"I've been taking my 4 kids here since 2014. I love, LOVE Dr. Benjamin!!! She always makes time to call back personally if requested and always puts me at ease. She's a wonderful doctor and seems like an amazing mother, too. Heather is also awesome and the staff is always super friendly! Dr. Gayoso is also a good doctor but doesn't come off as motherly or compassionate as Dr. Benjamin and Heather. Definitely recommend!"
