"I would give Monica the nurse practitioner a 5 star rating. I brought my 2 sons for their annual physical. She was awesome. Listened to every concern that I had with my boys. I didn’t feel rushed, she spoke to my boys and acknowledged them and didn’t speak to me as if they weren’t there. Great experience. I also appreciate that I can get same day visits if my children aren’t feeling well. My only issue is that I don’t always see the same provider. We are new to the state and have been going there for a little over a year and we have seen at least 5 different providers. I would like to stick to the same person. If Monica relocates I will go wherever she goes. Overall nice place, good experience. Great health care provider."

"We’ve been going to this practice for 4 years and they used to be great. Now there is a second office and without notice we are now seeing a different doctor. I was told Dr Bumgarner would be coming back to the Orlando office, but that hasn’t happened. The new Dr seemed like she would be ok, however this Orlando office is now so unorganized. My daughter has had an eye issue for over a month and I was told that I’d receive a referral to a specialist. Well I’ve been calling multiple times only to get a different message every time. I’m told the Dr would get back with me, then it was the Dr was on vacation, then it was oh the Dr forgot. This is horrible! Meanwhile, my daughter’s issue is still not being addressed. I can say that we will be looking for a new pediatrician. It’s disappointing because we’ve been going to Dr Bumgarner since my baby was literally a week old."

"Dr Bumgarner was my children pediatrician from 2010-2016 when she had her office located at Naples FL she was by far one of most caring compassionate and professional dr that I had ever met! Always nice and answered every single question I had... Now I live here in Houston Tx and I would love to find a pediatrician like her here... Highly recommended"
