"Horrible service, terrible doctor, doctor without service. On the weekend before holiday we took our daughter to see the doctor around 11:00am for my daughter was very sick. The Doctor diagnosed the problem and she said she was going to send the prescription to the pharmacy. We went to the pharmacy at noon, and started to follow up and waiting for the medication. The pharmacy didn’t receive any prescription from the doctor office. Between 1-5:30 we called the doctor office, First Choice Pediatrician so many times (through the answer service) but nothing was done. The pharmacy finally received the prescription 5 minutes before 6pm when they close and of course they can’t fill the prescription. We ended up with a sick daughter without medication for at least 2-3 days because every one is close for holidays."

"My Sister and I have been bringing our children to First Choice Pediatrics for years; and it has just gotten worse and worse over the years! All the doctors have been nice; but Dr. Shannon Osorio has been the worst by far. She does not engage in conversation, wants to go straight to the point and get the appointment over with, without taking the time to address Parent's questions or any concerns; it happened twice, once in person and another via a televisit. The worst are the phone lines. They have a call center designed to cover for all their locations, so you can never reach out to anyone at the actual office location that you visit. Be prepared to be on hold for 20+, even to be able to schedule a same day appointment; and if you request a call back through their automated phone service, you have to request it over 3 times for someone to actually return your call. Good luck if you bring your children here!"

"First time visiting First Choice Pediatrics ever and I was seen in the Semoran location. Staff is super friendly and made my kiddo super comfortable which is important to me. Doctor Markham listened to every little concern and took it serious and addressed them right away! Love it here already keep up the good work!"
