"This doctor office was great when my 6 year old daughter was going.. now I have a newborn and they refuse to see her without a “ payment “ because they’re scared Medicaid won’t cover the visit … which they will because my daughter has Medicaid but it’s absolutely ridiculous that they refuse to see my child because of a payment I will be switching doctors offices asap!!"

"Wow this place is a waste of time. And they give fake appointments. They text and emailed me with a 530 appointment and i get there right before 5pm and place was already closed. So I knocked on the door and they still didn't see my son that's recovering from covid. They proceeded to just close the door in my face. This is unrespectable and non considerate of my time. When I took off of work. Do no not waste your time here. Very rude."

"My son has been visiting the office of Dr Yadira, for 9 years. I like her attention to his health needs. She genuinely cares for his well being ,which is rare with some other doctors. For the past years the wait time is been too long , but I wouldn't change doctors just because of that. The cares he gets is more important to me. My recommendation to the receptionist is not to overbook appointments, which it seems they do that, too often."

"Yadira is all about the money. She never remembers my oldest yet he's been going to her for 4yrs now. She doesn't really like to listen to what you have to say. And she's always rushing threw both of my boy's. The nurses are nice and staff are too. But thus place is very unorganized! If your appointment is at a certain time half an hour later you still sitting there smh. Clean place that I must say probably cuz the doctor is a neat freak. But check in is another story"
