"Extremely disappointed with sick visit experiences. This past one has been the worst. I brought in my daughter on a Monday with strep symptoms. Didn't receive a phone call with positive results until more than a later. At which point, our family of 5 had all caught it. She would have to be treated to prevent issues with kidneys. But no mention of little brother who is also patient to get treated. During a well visit mention of constipation caused for us to get charged for a sick visit. Have never even been seen by doctor only nurse practitioner. Unfortunately, I do not feel that they care for their patents as I felt at my kids previous dr.'s office before moving to this area."
