"Dr. Lagueruela is an excellent doctor but the office workers are horrible and unethical. I arrived at 4pm with one patient in front and I waited an hour and half because the receptionist told the doctor who was next and she had me wait. Everyone is a patient and should be treated with the same respect despite how you feel about the individual. I left the Dr. Office at 6pm. Looking for another doctor, it's unfortunate that Dr Lagueruela lose a patient due to the unprofessionalism of an office worker."
