"The nurses are great, the doctors are very informative The only issue I had was that I visited the doctor, and was told that the prescription was sent over to the pharmacy. Pharmacy did not receive it, I call the nurses station and they told me to wait for a call back. I never got a call back, so I called them again, only to be told that I would have to wait until tomorrow, after waiting 40 minutes at the pharmacy. However, I called the next and explained the situation. The nurse in charge was extremely helpful and made it her priority to find out what happened. She went above and beyond and beyond contacting the pharmacy and calling me back to confirm everything went well. I am very thankful and feel like a valued customer. Thank you for all that you do"

"I have been going to West Broward Pediatrics for the past 5 years I started with my first son as a newborn and today Dr Morrison sees all 3 of my sons ranging from 5 years old, 2 years old, and a newborn. Dr Morrison is very patient and kind you can ask any amount of questions with no problems and he is very thorough and pays attention to details. And the staff is very helpful. I would definitely recommend great pediatrician that knows what he's doing!"

"West Broward Pediatrics gets one star because they were able to get my son in for same day appointments each time I needed one. However my son had to go in four times in the span of 3 1/2 weeks before getting an answer to why he was sick. I told them to test him for strep, they did - and the test came back positive. As a first time mom, my heart sank because they did the bare minimum. Next, Ms/Mrs Nancy that works in the office is NOT nice. She is condescending and when you call her out on it, she gaslights you by stating how she is just doing her job 'and the most she can do for you is offer you an appointment'. Getting her to ask the nurse or doctor a message is like pulling teeth (I only asked for this ONE time). If you care about your child, I do NOT recommend this pediatrician's office. There are better ones out there with staff that cares and empathizes with their families."

"This is an excellent practice where all the staff is very, very caring. They know your child by name and all the history. They go above and beyond to give all the support you need. There is always a call back, a same day sick appointment. if you end at the emergency room, this is the practice that will give you a call the next day to check on your child status even before you get to call them for a follow up. Doctor Morrison takes care of my child since he was born and we have seven years now as patients. He is the best doctor I could ever ask for."
