"Dr. Gutierrez office is amazing. Very responsive when we call with a concern. Her staff is very helpful. Her Nurse Practitioner is knowledgeable and caring, they both do an amazing team, I couldn’t be more happy with the care they provide to both of my children."

"The best doctor. My daughter adores her and calls her "doctora linda". She actually looks forward to going to the doctor just to see her. Office staff isn't that great, but those that provide care are fantastic enough that I overlook it."

"Horrible experience at the office. Front desk is great in getting anything needed. As for the medical assistant. He was no good and seemed inexperienced. For privacy I will not disclose more. The dr herself is normally great but did not have the best experience at the appointment. The other medical assistant (a lady) that was there previously was wonderful. I will be switching doctors. It’s very unfortunate"

"Let's start with the Dr. Gutierrez is amazing! Her NP is so sweet. Now lets talk about the office staff. The front desk ladies are so sweet. But lets really talk about the her office manager Cesar... This man is the most nasty human being I have ever met in my life. His customer service is horrendous! My daughter was in the hospital for things that the office should have caught, we ended up spending the day in ER. I called the office to tell them we would not be able to make the appointment, we immediately called the office to let them know. We spoke with the physician directly. When we went to the follow up he came into the room with the children while the NP was evaluating them, screaming and yelling that there was a cancellation fee. My children were terrified. I got up and I told him, this is not the way to speak to a parent with the children in the room. I called to get the medical records because we decided due to this mistreatment we will switch PCP. Went to pick up the paperwork and the minute he saw or faces, told the front desk girl to bring all the paperwork, came back out and said this needs to be paid. Very rudely. Dr. Gutierrez as someone in the medical field as well, I advice you this man will start running your patients away. He needs to learn empathy and customer service."
