"Just left the place, the girl at the counter would not take my insurance info when I booked the appointment, I get there and she informed me my kids can only be seen by one provider and that one person does not have a set schedule. No I’m sorry or let me back the schedule nothing. Waste of time."

"I recently visited Pediatric Dental Center of West Kendall and unfortunately, I had a less than satisfactory experience. I would give this office a rating of 3 stars primarily because the assistant was professional and gentle. However, I cannot say the same about the dentist herself, as she failed to introduce herself, was extremely rude, and displayed unprofessional behavior. What made matters worse was that my daughter has special needs, and the dentist's lack of professionalism and care was evident in her treatment towards my daughter. It was clear that she did not want to listen to me or even attempt to understand my daughter's condition. This was evident when she try to refused to perform the necessary procedure my daughter required. It is disheartening to encounter a healthcare professional who lacks empathy and compassion, especially when dealing with patients with special needs. Overall, I cannot recommend this dentist office due to the unprofessional and uncaring attitude displayed by the dentist. It is important for healthcare professionals to treat all patients with respect and provide the necessary care, regardless of their condition."

"Beautiful, clean and all the staff is kind, attentive and professional. I have always been scared of the dentist and my kids used to be as well until we found this place. They don’t dread coming to the dentist anymore, it’s fun for them. Thank you to all the staff members for making our dentist’s experiences positive ones!"

"I just came to say that the West Kendall office hours are so wrong. They say their hours of operation is Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, but it’s not! I needed a document to be signed by the dentist and passed by the office on a Thursday at 9:45am and they were closed! When I called, they said they wouldn’t open on that day or Friday, and that I should come back on Saturday, because they would be open from 9am-2pm. It doesn’t even say that they open on weekends on their office door. Just put the right time you’re open. It doesn’t hurt! That’s so disrespectful!!!"

"My girls always have such a wonderful experience at Pediatric Dental Center of West Kendall! From the moment we walk in we are greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. We never have to wait long and usually get called in within a few minutes. All the technicians are wonderful, specifically Thaily who has taken care of my daughter’s teeth multiple times and is always very sweet and patient. My little one always gets so scared to go to the dentist and when she begins to cry Thaily immediately soothes her and starts to explain the whole process to my little one and even shows her what tools they will be using on her teeth. After the procedure she always rewards both of my girls with stickers! It makes my girls feel absolutely special and like big courageous girls who did a great job sitting through the entire process in the dental chair. My 6 year old even had a tooth extraction for two teeth a few months ago we decided to opt out of the nitrous oxide (laughing gas) they offer and it was such a quick, painless and smooth process. They made her feel so comfortable and confident that she hadn’t even realized when they had removed her teeth! I highly recommend Pediatric Dental Center of West Kendall if you are searching for a pediatric dentist. All the staff at this location that I have encountered have been so great. You will not be disappointed!"
