Always call to follow up. Always have (make) time to answer question over the phone or portal. Truly outstanding professionals."

"Dr Mihm is great, she’s been wonderful to us since our child was born and always makes our visits quick and easy. However the office staff here is the reason we’re leaving. The receptionists and nurses seem like they hate working with kids, always appear inconvenienced and just make every call and appointment unpleasant. The old office was much more welcoming and the nurses were fantastic. My toddler is scared of the SMH office now, so we’ve decided to go elsewhere."

"This office never seems to fail in the department of horribly rude nurses! Yet again just experience another horrific appointment because the nursing staff does not keep things consistent so everytime it's a different procedure or way for both me and my kids and they don't care even though I've expressed our need for consistency for successful appointments. Anytime you go in there tons of other kids are just screaming because the staff doesn't put in effort to go fast, communicate to the parents, or downright just have a heart for the kids. That was my last and final appointment ever at this office. So sad that an office like this even exists for kids."

"We fell into Dr. Mihm’s office by happenstance after the birth of my daughter. Our selected pediatrician fell through and as Dr. Mihm checked us out at the hospital, she invited us to visit her practice. Three and a half years later I still can’t stop singing her praises. Since she has transitioned to the physicians group she is a bit more difficult to get an appointment with but she still treats parents and patients with patience, care, and compassion. I recommend her every chance I get."

"Dr. Mihm is amazing. She is patient, kind caring and involved in her patients care even with specialist. She always takes time to answer questions and explain things in a manner that is understood. Her office staff is often times undesirable. They can be rude, have attitudes and not helpful. Scheduling has often been difficult and repeated calls for the same requests before you get what you need. Its a shame that the office staff is not as great as the doctor."
