We Care Pediatrics

"I would give this place a 0 if I could. This place is awful. I went here the first time with my daughter and I waited for over an hour for my daughter to be seen. I chalked it up as they were busy and said it’s fine. Well, today we took our daughter here again. They apparently did not have her appointment in the system. They told us that it was probably scheduled at the location down the street. So we went to that location. This location had no record of us. So we went back to the location we originally went to and they said I’m sorry we had her name spelled wrong. So we finally get there and we wait and wait and wait some more. After an hour and half of waiting I had enough. My daughter who is 15 months old was well due for a nap and well past her lunch time. An appointment that was scheduled months in advance and schedule in between her nap and lunch time was thrown off. How you can allow a patient to sit there for that long is ridiculous. As we walked out someone else walked out and said “we need to find a new doctor for you” to her child. I would highly recommend going elsewhere."

"I’ve been coming to this office since a child, and now dr.kosoff takes care of my child. He’s an excellent doctor that addresses all issues and makes sure my child has the best care possible. When I need a same day appointment I am immediately fit in and even as a walk in! His staff is amazing and I personally thank them all for everything they do. If you are looking for a pediatrician I can definitely recommend this office, sure the wait times are sometimes lengthy but it is worth the wait."

"I went there for the first time. I am new in Florida . I took my 2 kids for regular check up which by law is cover for any insurance company. Then when I was leaving they told me I had to pay $90 for each children because he asked me questions like how is your son doing I said he is great some dry skin here and seasonal allergies . And he charged my insurance because I answer those questions and that became a consultation instead of a check up appointment. He is a lier and thief who made up things to charge the insurance and us the patients. I am never going back there. Don’t go there"

"Office never has same day appointments for when my child is sick or in need of seeing the Doctor ASAP. Such an inconvenience. Then I’m having to take him to the urgent care to be treated/seen every time. Pointless of having a Pediatrician here."
