"My 4 and 6 year olds have been going to All Star pediatrics for over 2 years. I have never been super impressed so decided to take my newborns elsewhere but keep my older 2 at All star peds for continuity. When I called to schedule a sick visit for my 6 year old, All star pediatrics refused to see him "because I was taking my newborns elsewhere". They did not communicate this with me beforehand or provide me with any notice that they would no longer be my son's PCP. They left us stranded when he was ill. Very disappointing lack of communication and professionalism, not to mention unethical."
