You never find appoitments and when they schedule the appointenet they call you hours before to cancel it..when you call it take forever to answer and they pick up the phone the hung up on you. The receptionist always look miserable and always said This a new management all I do is follow the rules or they don’t pay me enough..Go away from this office"

It's been 7 months since I took my son for a consultation for the first time and I'm still waiting for the insurance documents to be submitted to do genetic testing. I have called insurance and they have nothing. The staff said they would call me and I have not received the first follow-up call and when I call no one answers or they tell me I have to call later!"
