"I have been taking my kids here since 2012. I can say I really did love the old staff but Ann Fine is also part of the older group. I have nothing but great things to say about her. I highly recommend her and I really liked talking with Sheia at the front desk. She was very nice and made booking the appointment fast and easy. I say give them a try."

"I began taking my children to Dr. Ellis nearly 23 years ago as she was my pediatrician as a teenager and we loved her and the staff. Every experience was wonderful until Dr. Ellis retired and sold the practice to Cool Kidz (which, this isn't a convenience store, how about we spell correctly?). Since the new owners have taken over things have only gone down hill. Customer service has declined to the point where it's basically non-existent. The staff we knew and loved for so many years is all gone, replaced by people who are either incompetent or who have been trained to cut corners. There are only two reasons I have not taken my child to a different pediatrician -- first, she's 17 and won't need a pediatrician for much longer. Second, Ann Fine has been seeing my daughter since she was born and is absolutely amazing. I've read several reviews echoing my sentiments so clearly there is something amiss with this practice. So sad to have a trusted community medical practice be gutted in this way."

"I have been going here since my son was born 12 years ago and while Dr. Ellis owned the practice is was amazing. The practice was purchased when she retired and it has been terrible since. The only reason I stayed was Ann Fine and the admin team (who are wonderful) and last time I went the entire team was gone. So sad. I am currently on hold with the front desk to get an appointment and have been for 18 minutes! Find another solution for your child I will use this on hold time to do the same."
