"Highly unprofessional. I had her for a few years, and after COVID her office has fallen completely. She expects her patients to accommodate to her schedule only, as if many of us don’t work or kids go school as is. I understand things happen, but it’s ALL the time. My last child’s appointment was virtual. They called me to try see on pushing her time up (which I couldn’t) or reschedule (again, not my first time this happening). I told her I couldn’t and that I can’t keep accommodating my schedule to fit hers, and last minute. They called me two hours before my daughters actual appointment. So that would have to make me leave work last minute early and grab my daughter early out of school, all again last minute. So because she didn’t like me saying that, her solution was to verbalize this all while having my daughter on the phone, she openly began discussing her feelings on how she felt about the accommodations. Not in any professional way but more on an aggressive and upset side of her. My daughter then looked at me and I had her leave the room to finish what she started. Instead of asking to speak to me on one, and ask why I feel this way. She said it’s better I find another pcp (which I was planning on it after this). But I then receive a letter by her lying saying I got disrespectful with HER & HER STAFF. Mind you never have I ever been disrespectful to anyone there. If you plan on finding a PCP for your child, think twice. The wait time is horrible, the front office in the way they are handling things as well have become very unorganized. I’m ok with looking for another PCP, but to have a doctor lie while on a telemedicine call is completely absurd. I will report that Telehealth and as well her to the department of health for how unprofessional she handled this in front of a child. Again, looking for a pcp, do not bother if you want any long wait times and bad service."

"Dr. Jaafar is absolutely wonderful! Our daughter Valerie has gone to her since she was born. Dr. Jaafar is VERY knowledgeable and thorough with her assessment and treatment plans. Always listens to our concerns and never makes us feel rushed. Can’t recommend her enough!"

"Dr.Jaafar is absolutely wonderful as a Pediatrician, she allows you to be a parent and do what you feel is right for your child. The wait time is long, having an appointment only guarantees you will be seen that day. Front desk is pleasant once they answer the phone, but not one time have I called and someone has said please hold. They immediately pick up the phone and put you on hold, which is very very rude, then just leaves you there. Mrs.Hailey, please figure that out, if we can't reach our CHILD'S pediatric office, that's worrisome especially being a Pediatric Medical Assistant myself. Very unprofessional no matter how busy the office is, everyone matters!"

She is incredibly knowledgeable and always work with us to give our children not just the best care, but care we are also comfortable with. The office is beautiful and always clean. We highly recommend Safari Pediatrics every chance we get."
