"This DR Office is horrible and ghetto...As a black woman, I try to support other professional black woman. Dr. Williams is amazing but her staff is HORRIBLE. Dr. Williams please know that the people you hire and put in place as the face of your business is a reflection on you. I know you see all these reviews saying the same thing about your office staff. (They must be your family, because that's the only reason I would believe you have not changed this atmosphere.) The office confirmed my boys appointments verbally and via text message. When I arrive, now you don't have an appointment for one of my sons. Make it make sense. Then to add to insult, you want me to pay $3 for a face mask for me and my kids. If you require mask, they should be provided for free (because we all know you received them for free) or at least let your clients know to bring their own face mask as you are requiring them for all clients. Please do not worry about ever seeing my kids again."

"Dr. Williams is amazing but her office staff suck. They never do or follow what they supposed to do. Why does it take 3 weeks to send some medical records to another dr office & then they tell me she on vacation. Well that should have already been done. They need all to be fired and replaced."

"I was super excited about my daughter attending this doctors office because Dr. Ross was my primary care doctor as a kid.. Yet, it’s nothing like I remember. The reception was very unprofessional and refused to see my daughter because her PCP change wasn’t effective til the very next day. (Literally) so I called Sunshine health and they had a solution in which they could give me a reference number for her to be seen the same day. The lady in reception hollering “I don’t trust that” while I’m on the phone with insurance. Just very unprofessional and unhelpful even though I was already there and ready for my daughter to be seen. Just insane and a complete waste of time."

"If I could I would give Dr. Williams 10 million stars...SHE IS THAT GOOD! She is the only doctor my children know and I have a 19 year old and a 12 year old. Every positive review is TRUE. She takes her time with each child. She listens to each concern. She is a MAJOR part of my village. The care and attentiveness that she gives to each and every patient is top notch. She does not over medicate or just treat a patient, she heals and her care goes beyond just pediatrician. She counsels the kids and is so relatable they enjoy each and every visit. Even the ones where they have to get a shot. My ENTIRE family LOVES her. Best Pediatrician in our area... PERIOD!!!!!"
