I definitely recommend giving her a try. The staff are great when it comes to scheduling and answering my questions and concerns."

"It's been a good experience with my 2 year old daughter. But not with my second child. Since they moved to Della Dr. the staff who do the scheduling and take calls have been very abrupt in phone conversations and make mistakes in scheduling. I had to schedule my boy for his skin check-up. They scheduled me for the next day at 3:30 to only come to the office and be told that I'm not scheduled. I had to take time off work for that, pull my other child from her nanny, and then spend nearly the whole hour! waiting to be admitted. With 2 children under the age of 2!!! And not a single apology from the office staff. Also, Dr. Marcus seems to be very quick and not give you much of her time answering questions and listening to your concerns unless it's a regular well-visit. I've been noticing that with her for a while now. I'm considering switching, largely because of how incompetent their office staff seem to be."
