"I wish to rate 0 star, my daughter went there so many times with the same symptoms and the veterinarian that calls her self a doctor was even rude with me one time, they refused to even give me a referral for specialist saying that it was normal , now my daughter is treating a severe infection, DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS THERE."

"Maralee Bisono (The female and only doctor there) is horrible! They used to have another doctor that’s great but he left Florida. Natalie Bisono has the worst bedside manner to kids and to parents, most IMPATIENT doctor I’ve ever met. We couldn’t even finish a sentence of a question before she impatiently cuts us off and basically trying to move on. She also refused to see our sick baby when we had an appointment but was late for 10mins. We get it we ran late for 10mins and was willing to wait for over an hour to see her and her team and manager all agreed it’s okay. Then at the end she suddenly said nope she is done and not seeing us. I would of gone to urgent care if I knew that from the beginning. Just a terrible person overall and don’t send your kids to her. We immediately changed doctor and will never trust her again."

"If I could give this place a thumbs down I would. The doctor at the practice came through the door saying no files where sent to her from our hospital stay and that's why she was late for our appointment since she didn't have any of our records. Which both facilities sent all over and if that was the caused we could have been contacted a day before the appt to send all need files. She again did not one to listen on that aspect kept assuming that nothing was going right in our first week with our new baby. She automatically talked about the negative and downside of breastfeeding, burping incorrectly, what not to do. She did give a gram of interest of care of what was really going on in our first week and did not let us ask any questions and talked over us. Please do not go to First Choice Pediatrics."

"Dr Santana is one of the best doctors I've ever met! I highly recommend him for first time parents. No matter how prepared you are, getting somewhere at a specific time can be difficult with a newborn, it makes me feel rushed...but as soon as Dr Santana comes in the room he has such a calm presence that rushed feeling goes away. Don't worry about forgetting to ask him about something because the way he speaks with you naturally reminds you of the things you wanted to ask, and if you do forget to ask something you can message the office on the app and they get back to you pretty fast. The encouragement I have received from Dr Santana has been Paramount in my confidence fostering a newborn and a 3 year old. Watching him interact with the girls I can tell he really enjoys what he does, and I can't picture taking them to another pediatrician."
