"If I could rate this a zero I would! A very unprofessional staff the three ladies up front did not greet any of the patients that walked through the door, including myself, but hey what's new. Oh but we were gifted with the annual eye rolling, the dismissive responses, bad attitudes and unanswering of any questions; they always deliver! It's almost like they're just hanging out at home, no work uniforms, just a few baggy T-shirts and hanging eyelids. You could hear the whispers to each other behind their protective glass; most likely about unsatisfied patients because how dare a sick child come in between them and their social media. How wonderful it is to get paid to simply exist, take up room and away opportunities from deserving candidates and to show lack of care and concern for innocent human beings who come to you for healing and comfort. So I've decided after 8 years of the management hiring more and more lower level, classless individuals; that I had finally had enough. I will be switching my 5 children to a real Pediatrician's office, one who respects, listen to and honor patient and family perspectives and choices with dignity. I would've loved to have spoken to a manager or the doctor in charge but I'm sure I wouldn't get anything accomplished because clearly that's where the unprofessionalism, lack of empathy and total lack of etiquette stems from; stop supporting bad businesses. We have choices!"

"The Doctors are great... the receptionist are horrible. They have attitudes and horrible customer service. The two ladies in the front have clear attitude problems and don't listen to what you say. Would be a 1 star but like I said the Doctors aren't the problem."
